LUKOIL Lubricans Europe is searching for supplier for Navision running support.

Service description and requirements

• Payment per month based on actual hours of previous month

• Monthly report of costs/ hours per project/ support type (ticket no) in excel/ csv file

• Min. 5 employee & response within same business day for critical business cases (def. business critical, no order related documents can be booked or interface to production issue)

• If different hour rates for support/ on-site & development monthly costs split like following:

50% Support (incl. Bug fixing)

5% On-Site, with no additional travel costs

15% EDI / Interface (Development, Maintenance)

30% Consulting (incl. Project Management, Development)

• Use of ticketing system with access for our IT Expert, option interface/ access to our internal JIRA ticketing system

Legal entities, domestic and foreign companies, having experience with the implementation of projects similar in nature to the subject of the Tender, which are allowed by the legislation of EU to perform their activities in Austria, may take part in the tender.
